By creating an account or using Unleash Literacy, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Description of Service
Unleash Literacy is an online reading instruction platform that uses the Orton-Gillingham methodology. The platform is intended as a supplement to, not a replacement for, professional educational instruction.
Accounts and Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Child learner profiles must be created by a parent or legal guardian.
Subscriptions and Payment
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Prices are in US dollars. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period.
Free Trial
Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged. Each household is eligible for one free trial.
Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid plans. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of your first payment for a full refund.
Intellectual Property
All content, software, and design on Unleash Literacy is owned by Unleash Literacy, Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to access other users' accounts, reverse-engineer the software, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
Disclaimer
Unleash Literacy is an educational tool, not a medical or diagnostic service. We do not diagnose dyslexia or other learning disabilities. Consult qualified professionals for diagnosis and clinical recommendations.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unleash Literacy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
